Pentland Homes are intending to submit a detailed planning application to Folkestone & Hythe District Council to develop the land to the rear of Broad Street House, to provide 47 dwellings (including 10 affordable homes). The proposals also include the provision of car parking spaces for the adjacent Doctor’s Surgery, a new footpath and 2 self-build dwellings which have been previously approved.
A public consultation event is being held on Tuesday 7th February 2023, at Etchinghill Golf Club, Canterbury Road, Etchinghill, CT18 8FA from 16:30 – 18:00 to discuss the proposed development and provide you with an opportunity to give your feedback to the project team.
