Elham Valley and Wye Lions Club
Our annual GOLF DAY (sponsored by Spain Brothers) is this year in aid of Demelza House Children's Hospice and takes place on Friday 12 September at Sene Valley Golf Club. Various prizes to be won. Demelza House, the only Children's Hospice in Kent, East Sussex and London, and this year celebrating its tenth birthday, is a worthwhile service providing care for over 450 children with life limiting illnesses. Jubilee Field Family Fun Day
Friday 29th August 2008 11am Onwards
Please come and join us at Jubilee Field on Friday 29th August for family fun and games. The Shepway District Council 'Fun Bus' packed with toys, games and activities for all ages (0-18!) will be on site at Jubliee Field 11am - 3pm. Everyone is welcome to come and join in, including babies, toddlers, children, teens, parents, grandparents, Aunties, Uncles and friends! So spread the word, bring your picnic blanket and make a day of it.
Lyminge Youth Action and other community groups are currently liaising to organise other activities and entertainment to create a totally fun filled family day.

BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT LUNCH - 21st August
The lunches continue on the 3r Thursday of each month. The
meal will comprise of two courses followed by coffee, at a cost
of £6.50 per head. Transport can be arranged for those who
