Yes an unusual name, but it's a heating oil website that appears to be able to benefit from getting a large number of consumers in a single location and thus being able to buy larger volumes of heating oil (kerosene).

Quite what happens if we don't all require top-ups at the same time is unclear but it costs nothing to register and the online quite undercut my current provider (admittedly by only single percentages) but it all helps and maybe if more people registered the price will come down.
